An intimate, in-person experience designed to support you in regulating your
nervous system, reconnecting to your body, and building a more consistent,
grounded relationship with yourself through lunar ritual and embodied practice.
This is for women who feel the pull for more clarity, more stability,
more intention, more balanceβ¦but find themselves moving through
cycles of starting and stopping.
Each session blends sound healing, guided meditation journeys, lunar wisdom,
and practical regulation tools to help you shift out of overwhelm and into
a more steady, self-led way of being.
Over 2 weeks, youβll begin to create more consistency in how you show up
for yourself: emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
