A 4-week Immersive Experience for Women
An intimate, in-person experience designed to
support you in regulating your nervous system, reconnecting to your body, and building a more consistent, grounded relationship with yourself through lunar ritual and embodied practice.
This is for women who feel the pull for more clarity, more stability, more intention, more balance…
but find themselves moving through cycles
of starting and stopping.
Each session blends sound healing, guided meditation journeys, lunar wisdom, and practical regulation tools to help you shift out of overwhelm and into
a more steady, self-led way of being.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll begin to create real consistency in how you show up for yourself: emotionally,
mentally, and energetically.

120-minute guided healing + sound immersion ❤️🩹
Sailing with Grief is a deeply supportive experience for women navigating loss, grief, emotional overwhelm or exhaustion, and for those moving through seasons of large scale transition and tender renewal.
This offering creates a grounded, compassionate container to process what is present and to be with grief as it is, without urgency or expectation. Through tender talks, immersive sound, and gentle movement, you are supported in feeling (as deeply as you’re open to), integrating (if you are ready), and slowly reorienting toward steadiness and renewal.
This is not about forcing healing or moving on. It’s about surrendering to the waves of grief, so you may learn to move with the ever-changing tides, and find rhythm again. Sailing with Grief is designed for growth to emerge at your own pace, with care and dignity.
Important Note: A 30-minute intro call is included + required for this session.
This allows us to connect, clarify the focus of the session, and ensure this offering is tailored to your needs and readiness.
A Gentle Recommendation: While a single session can be deeply impactful, returning to the practice is where the true magic unfolds. Grief and loss ask for more support than one single moment; and often more than our loved ones are able to offer in the exact ways or timing we need. This space exists to meet you there, again and again, with steadiness and care.
For this reason, booking multiple sessions is encouraged to allow for continued support, integration, and trust to build over time.
